You Can’t Be Stopped

11th May 2019

Scripture Reading: Esther 6: 1-14

Focus

“And the king said, Who is in the court? Now Haman was come into the outward court of the king's house, to speak unto the king to hang Mordecai on the gallows that he had prepared for him.” (Esther 6: 4)

Before mention was made of Haman in our Focal Scripture, the king had already begun having conversations about the lifting of Mordecai. The process of Mordecai’s lifting had already begun, before Haman came close. Haman was a major challenge to the Jews in the day of Mordecai, he had even made arrangements to destroy Mordecai, but Mordecai’s honour started before he showed up, and he could not stop it.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: no negativity will stop your lifting. No evil word will interrupt the plans to take you higher; for every door the Lord has opened for you, no matter the ‘Haman’ that shows up, the plans will remain intact; no matter the evil men that hover around on the day of your lifting, they will not stop what the Lord has already begun in your life; no Haman will halt the plans of God concerning your next level.

Haman was that challenge that would have wanted to stop Mordecai’s lifting, but he came late, too late to stop what had already started. Hear me as I hear the Lord: the enemies of your destiny will be too late on the day of your elevation. When they come up with reasons why you should not be lifted, it will be too late for their arguments to be taken seriously; when they come to speak to the king, your matter would have been sealed already, beyond their influence.

Don’t lose sleep because of the multitude of haters who have vowed to spoil your day of lifting. They are a necessary evil that will embellish your victory story. They are going to be mere spectators as the story of your greatness unfolds. The Hamans of this world will not stop your promotion; they will not halt your increase; even if they bark, they can’t turn back the hands of the clock.

Put your trust in God, do what you need to do, and leave God to do what only He can do. When the time comes, the challenges will be too late to stop you.

Declaration
