It is instructive to observe that Adonijah began celebrating before help eventually came for Solomon. Whilst Adonijah was celebrating, it seemed that Solomon was forgotten and disadvantaged. While Adonijah was celebrating, it appeared that Solomon had lost out of the tussle for the throne. Adonijah began celebrating first, but it was Solomon who had the last laugh. Adonijah celebrated first, but Solomon’s celebration overtook him.
Friend, it doesn’t matter who began celebrating before you; you will overtake them all. You will overtake every celebration that is not in your favour. You will overtake every man that is currently laughing at your expense. You will overtake every negative laughter that is against you. You will overtake every satanic conspiracy that wants to keep you stagnated. You will overtake every man that has been wickedly positioned ahead of you.
It seemed that Adonijah had already positioned himself for the throne; it seemed like a lost cause, but speedily, events led to Solomon’s coronation. I pray for you: the same speed that came on Solomon and caused him to overtake the treachery of Adonijah, I decree, that same speed is coming upon you now. Wherever the Adonijah’s of this world have overtaken you, I decree, you will pursue and overtake and recover all.
The same way Adonijah celebrated in vain, those that have started to celebrate ahead of you and to your detriment, will celebrate in vain. Those who think you have lost out, are in for the greatest shocker of their lives. Those who imagine that they have taken your place, should get ready for surprises that will shock them to their bones. Those who think you have lost out, will soon realize that you are the real champion ahead of them.
Don’t lose sleep when it seems the Adonijahs of this world are already celebrating ahead of you. As surely as the Lord lives, you will overtake their celebrations.
