David eventually took the sword of Goliath and cut off his head, and when the Philistine soldiers saw that their man was dead, they all fled. The Philistines saw the head of their champion dangling in the hands of David, and they fled. They saw raw evidence that they were defeated, and they fled.
Friend, I pray for you: may the Lord grant you evidence that will cause your remaining opposition to flee. May God grant you divine evidence that will silence the enemies of your destiny. May God grant you evidence that will shut up the mouths of naysayers. May God grant you a miracle that will put an end to the mockery of men. May God grant you that one breakthrough that will move you out of your current level to a higher level. May God give you the head of your Goliath.
The fall of Goliath was David’s first level of achievement in the battle field, but it was not enough to halt the battle. It was not until he cut off the head of Goliath that the Philistine soldiers fled. Sometimes, instead of whining about your ‘Philistine’ soldiers that are yet to flee, just ask God to give you the sort of evidence that will make them flee. Instead of focusing on your mockers, just ask God for that miracle that will shut them up and make them flee from you for good.
There were many soldiers on the side of Israel, but only David made the unique mark of defeating Goliath and cutting off his head. Only David got the unique result that others could not get. Get set: God will grant you that unique result that others are unable to attain. God will grant you the evidence that will be so uncommon amongst the people around you.
