Divine Waivers

25th February 2020

Scripture Reading: Ruth 2: 15-18

Focus

“And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not:” (Ruth 2: 15)

When Boaz saw Ruth, he commanded his young men to allow her to glean from among the sheaves. In Israel, strangers were allowed to glean from a field after the owners were done with their own harvest. Strangers were only permitted to show up when the actual owners were satisfied with what they had taken; but for Ruth, she was going to glean from the already harvested sheaves.

So the servants of Boaz did the job of harvesting the sheaves, they completed the first phase of harvesting; and all that Ruth needed to do was to show up and take from what had already been harvested. Boaz’s servants completed the initial process which Ruth was not part of, then Ruth showed up to select from the sheaves. Ruth got a waiver; protocol was broken for her.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you shall enjoy divine waivers. Major protocols will be broken for you; you will not do all that others had to do, but you will enjoy the results they currently enjoy; you will not begin where others began; you will not suffer as much as others suffered; your journey to the top will not be as complicated or as difficult as it was for others; you will be called that one that had protocols broken unexpectedly.

Concerning your business and career, you will enjoy unusual waivers. What took others time to get will not take you time. God is waiving things for you. God is causing your journey to relevance and influence to be shortened; God is causing you to be at par with people who have clearly done more than you could do; God is bringing you to results you have not worked hard enough for; God is causing you to enjoy waivers others didn’t get.

Receive your divine waivers; receive the grace to skip processes that delayed others.

Declaration
