As David approached Goliath, he took one of the stones in his bag, and fired a shot at Goliath. That stone sank into Goliath’s forehead. David’s first shot hit the target. It was one effort that yielded instant results. His stone did not miss target. He didn’t have to repeat his efforts again and again before getting results. He just tried once, and his effort was blessed with success. He tried once, and he hit his target. He didn’t miss target.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you will hit your target. Your ‘stone’ will sink into the head of your ‘Goliath’. Your efforts will yield instant results without delays. You will hit the targets you set for 2020. You will hit the targets you set in your career, business, ministry, finances, etc. You will hit the same targets that others have struggled to hit without success. Your prayers will hit the head of your adversaries like the stone of David.
Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not miss your target. You will not make efforts and end up without results. You will not be empty handed after you have made efforts that should push you forward. You will not waste your efforts. Your stones will not be counted among stones that were fired but missed targets. As the year gradually winds down, you will not miss your targets. Your fired shots will be instant hits.
David got five stones. He may have kept the remaining stones as back up, but he eventually didn’t need the back up. One hit was enough; one plan was enough. Hear me as I hear the Lord: God will use one plan to give you victory. God will use one prayer to pull down the satanic efforts; God will use one opportunity to give you the results you have been looking for; God will use one vocation to bless you immensely.
You may have missed your targets before, but in this new season, you will no longer miss your target.
