When Benhadad the king of Syria went up with his army, they besieged Samaria. The word ‘besiege’ as used in that scripture comes from the Hebrew word ‘Tsoor’ which means ‘to confine’. So the king of Syria did not shoot at the Samaritans; he simply confined them within boundaries so that they could not advance. He created an inability to move forward; he stopped them from moving; he created a confinement.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every confinement the enemy has set up around you, today I decree, let the hand of God take it away. Every confinement to stop you from moving is broken by fire; every plot of the enemy to keep you at the same level is broken; every chain the enemy has used to tie you to a spot is broken; every policy the devil has used to limit you is broken; every confinement against you is broken.
The King of Syria and his army did not need to start a fight with Israel. All they did was to stop Israel from moving, and disaster began. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every disaster the enemy is plotting against you by virtue of confinement, today, let it scatter by fire. Every plot to keep you at the same level you were in 2019, I say no; every plot to stop your forward movement, I say no; every plot to halt your progress, I say no.
In the places where you could not move in the past, the hand of the Lord will cause you to move; the hand of the Lord will cause you to advance in places where you were stagnated; the hand of the Lord will cause you to make progress in places where you were limited; the hand of the Lord will empower you to rise higher in the same places where the enemies of your destiny said you will never rise.
The power of confinement is broken over your destiny; henceforth, nothing and no one will stop your advancement.
