Watchers Are Watching

No More An Observer

16th September 2020

Scripture Reading: Mark 11: 1-11

Focus

“And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.” (Mark 11: 2)

Our Focal Scripture speaks of that colt that was tied, at the entrance of the village that Jesus sent his disciples to. That colt was in a place where it could see people move, but it couldn’t move. It saw others make progress and accomplish tasks, but it couldn’t do same. It saw others break out of their limits, but it couldn’t do same. It saw others move around freely, but all it could do was to be an observer of what other men did.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you will no longer be an observer in the affairs of this life. You will not watch men testify; you will also testify. You will not only watch others make progress; you will also make progress. You will not only watch others accomplish their goals; you will also accomplish your own goals. You will not only watch others rise higher; you will also rise higher. You will break forth like others; you won’t be a watcher.

Get set: in this season of your life, you will move from testimony to testimony. Your life shall be a tale of good news that will cause men to gather and celebrate with you. Your life shall be an expression of what it means for the Lord to make a man smile and dance for joy. Your life shall be filled with the noise of joy. Your life shall be a witness to the fact that God can and will make things happen again and again.

The days of silence in your life are over. The days when nothing will happen from day to day, are over. God will cause you to be the center of mighty wonders that will cause men to fear the God you serve. There will be an outbreak of the miraculous in your life. The season of having nothing to show for your walk with God, is over. The season of wandering without possession, is over. The season of merely observing what God did for others, is over.

Get set for a season of more. Your time of operating as an observer with nothing to show forth, is over.

Declaration

I am no more an observer; my life shall be a centre of the miraculous, in Jesus’ name!
