No Reduction

28th June 2021

Scripture Reading: Mark 10: 46-52

Focus

“And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.” (Mark 10: 46)

Blind Bartimaeus was described as one who sat by the highway side begging. His first problem was mentioned as blindness, but it was only a matter of time before blindness made him become a beggar. He suffered a challenge that led to a reduction in his destiny position. He suffered a problem that made him do what an adult of his age should probably not do. He suffered a problem that reduced him in destiny.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your destiny will not be reduced. You will not move from the front to the back. You will not move from one who is relevant to one who is irrelevant. You will not move from one who is important to one who is not needed. You will not move from a glorious destiny to a destiny without glory. You will not leave your place at the top and be counted amongst the rejected. You will not suffer a reduction in destiny.

Any power of hell that says you will not operate at the level that God Himself destined you to operate, let the fire of God consume it. Let the fire of God destroy every enchantment and divination that wants to push you out of your destiny space. Let the Lord arise against every conspiracy that wants to make you smaller than God destined you to be. Let the Lord arise and destroy every arrow of hell that wants you to beg in destiny.

In vs. 51 of our Scripture Reading, Bartimaeus was described as a man. So at an age where he should be responsible enough to fend for himself, he still was a beggar. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every challenge that wants to put you under and make your life less than what it should be, I command it to end now. Every challenge that wants to make you live at a level you should have left, today, I decree, it shall not happen again.

Your destiny will not be reduced. Your destiny will never be smaller than God designed it.

Declaration

My destiny will not be reduced; no challenge will keep me at a level I should have passed, in Jesus’ name!
