Scripture Reading: LUKE 15: 11-32

Focus

“I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,” (Luke 15: 18)

In our Focal Scripture, the prodigal son resolved to arise and go to his father. He had made mistakes; he had made wrong choices; he had made wrong connections; he had put himself in a bad place; he was the cause of his own misfortune; but he decided to arise and go back to his father. He refused to stay where his mistake kept him. He refused to stay where his error kept him. He refused to stay where his failure kept him.

Friend, refuse to remain where your failures left you. Refuse to remain where your mistakes left you. Refuse to remain in that place where your misfortune kept you. Refuse to remain where the arrows of the enemy left you. Refuse to remain where your wrong choices kept you. Refuse to remain where the evil coverings of the enemy kept you. Refuse to remain where the conspiracies of men kept you.

The prodigal son decided that it was time to arise and leave where he was, and he arose. He made a decision to arise from where he was. Be intentional in deciding to arise from wherever your mistakes or misfortunes left you. Be deliberate to arise from whatever low places that your choices put you in. Be deliberate to break away from every chain that the enemy caused you to walk into. Be deliberate to arise.

Notice that when he arose, he went back to his father and even got a hero’s welcome. He arose and everything aligned in his favour. When you arise, everything will align. When you arise, things will fall in line. When you arise, the gates of the enemy will crumble. When you arise, the things that worked against you will turn around and work in your favour. When you arise, things will turn around for your good.

Don’t allow the enemy to keep you where your mistake kept you. Arise, shake off the dust, and align with divine agenda.

Declaration
