In our Focal Scripture, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. The movement to Jerusalem was described as an ‘up’ movement. Jerusalem comes from the root word ‘shalom’ which means ‘peace’. So Jesus went up to the ‘place of peace’. His going up was associated with peace. His going up took him to the place that was described as ‘peace’. His going up happened within the boundaries of peace. Put differently, His going up was peaceful.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your going up shall be peaceful. Your going up will happen within the auspices of peace. You will rise higher in peace. Your advancement shall be peaceful. Your elevation shall be peaceful. Your progress shall be peaceful. Your rise to the next level shall be peaceful. Your breaking forth shall be peaceful. Your expansion shall be peaceful. You will rise in peace. You will go up in peace.
Jesus’ rising was peaceful, with no stain of negativity. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your rising will not be marred by negativity. Your advancement will not be messed up by bad news. The good news of your rising will not be mixed with the bad news of negativity. It will not be said that you were elevated and got surrounded by conflict. It will not be said that you rose in your career, finances, ministry, business, etc and peace departed.
If there be any power of darkness that wants to cast a dark cloud over your rising, I command their fetters to be broken. I command the chains of negativity that want to cripple your rising to be scattered. I command the strongholds of darkness that want to hinder your rising to be scattered by the power of God. Every messenger from the pit of hell that wants to contend with you in the day of your rising, let the hand of the Lord take them away.
You belong to that generation that rises in peace. You belong to the generation whose elevation will be peaceful.
