A Secure Harvest

5th December 2019

Scripture Reading: Ruth 1: 1-17

Focus

“Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.” (Ruth 1: 1)

Our Focal Scripture speaks of that season when there was a famine in Israel. There are different reasons why famines arose in bible times; one of such reasons is the attack of termites, cankerworms, locusts, etc. There were creatures which specialized in eating up the harvest of God’s people; some locusts could literally eat up an entire farm. There were eaters of harvest that often caused famine, even in the midst of bumper harvest.

Friend, by the power of God, I terminate every eater of your harvest. I destroy every destroyer of your harvest; I shut out every satanic invasion that is targeted at your harvest; I dismiss every satanic agent that wants to make a mess of your results; I command every attack against your harvest to cease; I command every plot to reduce or extinguish your results to be cut short; I command every locust, cankerworm, etc against your harvest to be extinguished.

Today, let God arise against the eaters of your harvest. Let God arise against every man, every evil word spoken, every conspiracy, every evil gathering, etc that has been unleashed against your harvest. Your results will be too hot for the enemy to handle; your breakthroughs will be beyond the reach of harvest eaters; your blessings will only make you rich and will bring no sorrow; your harvest will not be a victim of the enemy.

Whatsoever results God has enabled you to achieve, I decree, you will live to enjoy it. You will live to reap the fruit of your labour; you will live to enjoy the proceeds of your efforts; you will not labour and another will steal your harvest; you will not labour and another man will cause your efforts to become a waste; you will not labour and your labour will be in vain.

Your harvest is secure; no eater of harvest shall eat your portion.
