Carried By God

30th January 2021

Scripture Reading: Numbers 17: 1-10

Focus

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring Aaron's rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not.” (Numbers 17: 10)

When the rod of Aaron budded, God commanded that it be placed in the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark was carried by priests in Old Testament times. So Aaron’s rod was placed in a position where it would be carried by priests. The dry rods that didn’t bud had to make their own movements, but the rod of Aaron that budded had the privilege of being carried. Priests were God’s servants; so, put differently, God carried the rod of Aaron.

Friend, if Jesus has redeemed you, then you belong to that prophetic company of men that will be carried by God. Hear me as I hear the Lord: in this season, the hand of the Lord will carry you. By reason of your walk with God, where others carry themselves into, God Himself will carry you. Where others struggle to enter into, God Himself will carry you into it. What others attain by labour, you shall attain by the hand of the Lord.

The remaining rods that did not bud like the rod of Aaron remained on the same level where they simply moved at the instance of mere men, but the rod of Aaron budded, and got a chance to move whenever God wanted the Ark to move. Its movement was aligned with God’s movement. Today, I decree, your movement will be aligned with the movement of God. Your destiny advancement will be aligned with God this year.

Aaron’s rod moved from being a rod that moved with mere men to becoming a rod that moved as God moved. Hear me as I hear the Lord: in the areas where you had to move by yourself in time past, God will cause you to move, not by your labour, but by His hands. As you stay close to God in your dealings this year, God will carry you into new realms you never bargained for.

When God carries a man, who can stop that man? When God carries a man, which roadblock will suffice?

Declaration

I am carried by God; no stopping, in Jesus’ name!
