DIVINELY COMPENSATED

18th May 2023

Scripture Reading: 1 KINGS 17: 1-16

Focus

“And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.” (1 Kings 17: 6)

In our Focal Scripture, God announced to Elijah that He had commanded the ravens to feed him. Notice that ravens are lovers of meat. Notice also that in our Focal Scripture, the ravens came to Elijah with bread and meat, every morning and evening. Either of bread or meat would have been enough, but the ravens brought both. God knew that Elijah had been through days without eating, and He ordered for a balanced meal for him.

Friend, God is aware of all the days when you had nothing to ‘eat’. God is aware of the losses you have suffered; He is aware of the misfortunes you have suffered; He is aware of the mockery you have endured; He is aware of the delays and denials you have suffered; He is aware of all the disappointments you have suffered; He is aware of all the rejections and frustrations you have suffered; He knows the famines you have endured.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not just be rewarded, but God will grant you restoration with compensation. For all your shame you will have double. For all your disappointments, you will be spoilt for options. For all the days when you had nothing, God will reward you with abundance that will silence your mockers. For all the days that your enemies asked where your God is, God will bring you huge results.

God will compensate you in your career, business, ministry, vocations, family, etc. God will cause you to have more for all the days when you had nothing. God will cause you to have excess for all the days when you were in lack. God will cause you to enjoy what others are not even enjoying. God will cause you to be compensated for every situation that drained and mocked you. Like Elijah, God will cause you to have both bread and meat.

The days of your misfortune have ended. The days of your lack have ended. For every negative situation, you shall have restoration with compensation.

Declaration

For every negative situation I have endured, God will restore and compensate me, in Jesus’ name!
