Scripture Reading: ZECHARIAH 4: 1-9

“And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.” (Zechariah 4: 3)

In God’s description of the menorah that was to be positioned in the temple, He ordered Moses to create a golden lampstand that would have the priests pour in olive oil periodically, to keep the light burning. Men were needed to make things work immediately. Notice that in the vision of Zechariah, there were two olive trees positioned on both sides of the menorah. Mere mortals were not needed. The supplies came from source.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you will operate in the realm of divine supplies. God is positioning the olive trees that will supply the oil you need. God is positioning the sources of the resources you need. God is positioning you beside the wells that will supply you with water. God is positioning you around the very opportunities you need badly. God is positioning you around the structures and systems you need to shine.

There could have been times when the priests failed to show up in the temple, and olive oil would have been poured late into the menorah. God replaced the arrangement that was dependent on mere mortals, with another arrangement that would be controlled supernaturally. Hear me as I hear the Lord: for every time that men failed you, God will position a divine arrangement that will exclude men from your success.

Welcome to that season where heaven has created your sustenance and delivered same to you. Welcome to that season where you will have your own supplies whether there are alternative supplies for others or not. Welcome to that season where the things you used to run after will come running after you. Welcome to that season where the resources you need will be waiting before you show up. Welcome to your season of ease.

The same God that positioned olive trees beside the lampstand will position the olive trees you need to supply you with fresh oil.

What I need is positioned beside me by heaven, in Jesus’ name!

Memory Verse

“For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.” (Psalm 44: 3)
