Don’t Leave Yet

21st February 2021

Scripture Reading: Matthew 14: 1-20

Focus

“And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.” (Matthew 14: 15)

The disciples of Jesus told Him to send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages to buy food for themselves. Jesus eventually caused a miracle to happen right there without sending away the multitude. Jesus had a miracle in store which He was yet to show forth. So the disciples wanted the multitude to walk away before the miracle shows up. They wanted to send away people who had a miracle that was about to show up.

Friend, I pray for you: may you not walk away before your miracles manifest. May you not be dislocated from the place of your congratulations. May you not be talked out of your new season. May you not miss the time of your visitation because you chose to leave earlier than you should have. May you not be counted amongst them who were absent in the day of their miracles. May you not be gone before the results you need show up.

Today, I decree over your life: you will not leave before your destiny appointment happens. You will not be missing when your opportunity shows up. You will not be gone when the helpers and help you prayed for arrive. You will not be absent in the day of your lifting. You will not be insensitive on the day of your visitation. You will not be too late or too early on the day that heaven remembers you. You will not miss your time.

Imagine that some of the people in the multitude went into the villages to buy food. They would have returned to hear that a miracle happened in their absence. They would have been counted amongst those who walked away from the place of their divine visitation. Hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2022, you will not walk away from the place of your divine visitation. You will not miss the portion that God positioned for you.

Cast not away your confidence in Him that is able to make all things beautiful in His time. If God be for you, then be sensitive, your portion must arrive.

Declaration

I will not be missing in the day and in the place of my divine visitation, in Jesus’ name!
