Don’t Walk Away

14th February 2022

Scripture Reading: Matthew 14: 1-20

Focus

“When Jesus heard of it, he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard thereof, they followed him on foot out of the cities.” (Matthew 14: 13)

When Jesus heard of the death of John the Baptist, He departed into a desert place, and multitudes came there to meet Him. Within that desert, He healed the sick amongst them, and eventually fed them. In an environment where nothing should be working, something great was happening. In an environment that was dry, God was working mighty miracles. In an environment that was dry, the supernatural was at work.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you may be in the wilderness, but mighty works are coming your way this year. You may be in a dry place, but God will cause the supernatural to be at work in you and around you. You may be in a bad place, you may be in a place where nothing works, but in 2022, in that same place where nothing works, God will cause all things to work for your good. God will work wonders in your wilderness.

The dryness in the desert did not stop Jesus from doing mighty works for the people that came to Him. The dryness around you will not stop what God is about to make happen in your life. The dryness in the economy will not stop you from moving into your season of more than enough. The dryness of your environment will not stop you from gaining amazing results. The dryness in your locale will not stop the greatness God reserved for you.

The power of your rising is not under the influence of your desert. That same power that raised Jesus from the dead will raise you and reposition you with results that do not look like your wilderness. The power of God will cause you to have results that will literally defy your wilderness. The supernatural will make a way for you in places where you should ordinarily see now way. The power of God will open doors that are usually shut.

Your wilderness will not limit you in 2022. Despite the dryness, the supernatural will always be at work in you.

Declaration

In my wilderness, the supernatural will be at work in 2022, in Jesus’ name!
