Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the achievements of Isaac caused the Philistines to envy him. Isaac sowed in a land where there was famine, and in that same land, he received a hundredfold harvest because the Lord was with him. At some point, Abimelech the king of the Philistines told Isaac to depart from them, because he had become mightier than them. His greatness put him in a place where people freely envied him.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are about to receive results that will cause men to envy you. You are about to receive results that will cause men to talk about you, both in your presence and in your absence. You are about to receive results that will provoke the envy of those who do not understand the blessings upon you. You are about to record uncommon results that will cause men to wonder what secrets are behind your success.
Isaac’s result was so good that everyone wanted to be like him. Isaac’s result was so good that those who didn’t have it felt less. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you are about to record huge results that will make people wish to be in your shoes. You are about to record results that will cause men to be interested in copying you. You are about to make profit that will cause rivals to pray to be like you. Your results will make men envy you.
You may have recorded results that people simply waived aside, because it didn’t mean much to them. Get set: this is that season when they will see those results that will make them ask why you are the only one shining as brightly. This is that season where your results cannot be waived aside. This is that season where your results will cause a stir in the city. This is that season where your results will provoke men against you.
If your results are ordinary, men may never bother you. Ask God to grant you those results that will cause a buzz. Ask God to grant you results that will make men envy you.
