When the sons of the prophets decided to build a new place where they would dwell with Elisha, they decided to go to Jordan. Their vision for a new place required that they move to Jordan where they would find wood. They had a new project to execute, and it compelled them to change their location. What they envisioned required that they change location. Their vision led to a change of location.
Friend, as you set forth your visions, do well to change your location to align with your vision. Keep relationships that are in line with your destination in life; pray in a way that aligns with the next level you desire to see; work hard in line with the excellence you hope to attain; let your location be in line with your vision; let your thought location be in line with what you hope to achieve; align your vision with your location.
The sons of the prophet had lived in the same house with Elisha, but the moment they caught a vision for a bigger house, they seemed to lose interest in their current house. When your visions become bigger, don’t be surprised if the same things that once appealed to you suddenly become trivial and unimportant; when bigger visions envelope you, you just might realize that some relationships, commitments, etc are out of place.
Review the various locations in your life: career, relationships, mindset, etc. Discard any location that opposes your vision. Do away with relationships that disconnect you from the targets you wish to hit; do well to also connect to relationships that fan your fire into flames; open your doors to people, places, ideas, etc that feed you with the energy you need to succeed.
In 2020 and beyond, your vision should determine the pathways you should be part of and those you should avoid. Let your vision choose your location; let your vision determine where you will be and where/what you avoid.
