In our Focal Scripture, Prophet Zechariah proclaimed that the hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of the house (temple), and that his hands would also finish it. It was not just an announcement of what Zerubbabel had begun; it was an announcement that he was about to finish the same thing he had started. The hands of Zerubbabel were not going to start the temple and another would finish. He had grace to finish.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: whatsoever your hands have started, your hands will also finish it. Whatsoever you have begun, you will be there to see the results at the end. Whatsoever opportunities that God has brought your way, the grace to see it to the end has been released to you. Whatsoever prayer points your hands have written, as surely as God lives, your hands will carry your testimonies. Your hands will carry your results.
It will never be said that you started but stopped on the way. You will start well and you will end well. You will never be counted amongst them that started a thing but circumstances stopped you. You will never be counted amongst those who had enough to start but not enough to finish. You will never be counted amongst them whose projects stopped on the way. You will never be counted amongst them whose mission was aborted.
Whatsoever your hands have started, your hands will finish it. Whatsoever your hands have begun to work on, you will be alive to carry the evidence. Whatsoever your hands have labored for, you will not miss your reward. You will not lose your portion. You will not start and another will finish. You will not labour and another will enjoy your harvest. You will not labour and another will possess the fruits of your increase.
The era where you would start a thing but be unable to finish, is over. Henceforth, as you start, God will grant you grace to finish.
