Pharaoh had ordered that all male children born to the children of Israel be cast into the river to drown (see Exodus 1: 22). In our Focal Scripture, Moses’ mother made an ark of bulrushes, and put him therein and positioned same by the river’s brink. A bulrush is a water plant; so the ark that was made to carry Moses was taken from the same water that was meant to drown him. Moses got help from the river that should drown him.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: from the same places that should ‘drown’ you, help shall arise. Help shall arise from the ‘sharks’ that want to put you under. Traps that were set for you will provide you with platforms for increase. The opposition planted against you shall become messengers for your progress and advancement in destiny; God will employ your opposers as messengers for your rising. What should reduce you will increase you.
The bulrushes that were used to keep Moses in the River were taken from the river. It was an unlikely place, but help arose from there. Hear me as I hear the Lord: help is arising for you from unlikely places. Help is locating you from places you least expected. Help is arising from places you have written off. Help is arising from places you never imagined would help you.
God is a specialist in using the foolish things of this world to confound the wisdom of the wise. If God be for you, He will use the things that don’t matter to do mighty things for you. If God be for you, the policies that are meant to drown you will turn around and work for your good; if God be for you, mistakes that should consume you will become platforms for more to come your way. If God be for you, help shall arise speedily.
Ask God to send you help from the same places that want to drown you; ask God to send you help from unlikely places.
