In our Focal Scripture, Jesus told His disciples to go into the village ‘over against’ them to fetch the colt that He would ride upon as He triumphantly rode into Jerusalem. The colt that Jesus was to use was in a village that was ‘against’ them. The word ‘against’ speaks of opposition. So what Jesus was about to use for His next level movement was gotten from the zone of opposition. The opposition against Jesus offered what He needed.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: from your zone of opposition, treasures will emerge. You will receive help from what is opposing you. You will receive help from where men already said no. You will receive help from what didn’t work in the past. You will receive help from the same place where you are hated. The same men who said you are not qualified will turn around and help you. Every opposition will turn around to help you.
Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will receive help from your opposers. You will receive help from unfavourable places. You will receive help from places that seemed poised to bring you down. You will receive help from the same people who worked against you in time past. You will receive help from those who wrote you off in time past. You will receive help from your haters. You will receive help from your spoilers.
You may be accustomed to help from familiar or favourable places, but in this season, get set for help that will come at you from places you least expect. Get set for help that will come to you from places you have written off already. Get set for help that will bring you tears of joy from the same places you got bitter tears. Get ready for that help that comes from the opposition. Get set for help that comes from those who are over against you.
The season of your help is here. Get set for that help that heaven will send to you through the same people and places that opposed you. Get set for help from those that are against you.
