Scripture Reading: Acts 16: 16-39

“The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.” (Acts 16: 17)

The damsel that was possessed with the spirit of divination was announcing to the people that Paul and Silas were servants of the most high God, who were showing men the way of salvation. What she said was good, but she was operating with a satanic spirit. She said something that would warm their hearts, but a satanic spirit was behind it. She appeared positive, but she was powered by a negative, serpentine spirit.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every messenger of darkness that is hanging around you but pretending to be a messenger of light, let fire answer them. Anyone close to you that is causing you danger in destiny, let the fire of God smoke them out. Every arrangement that appears positive but is working against you where eyes cannot see, I command it to scatter by fire. I command every negative spirit to get out by fire.

People would have heard the damsel saying what was right, without realizing that she was all shades of wrong. She would have appeared good in the eyes of many, but they probably had no idea that she operated with a foul spirit. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every person that is operating around you with a foul spirit, I command them to get out. Every hater that is pretending to be friends with you, let fire expose them.

Today, I call forth the spirit of discernment upon you. Your eyes will be open to see, and you will see beyond what normal eyes can see. You will see through the deception of those who are currently smiling at you but want to take you down. You will discern between those who are for you and those who are truly against you. You will discern between those who want you to rise and those who are working for you to fall.

God is about to expose every evil one that has been posing as good. God is about to expose every enemy of your destiny that is posing as a friend.

Every evil person that is pretending to be good around me, let fire expose them, in Jesus’ name!
