In our Focal Scripture, God spoke to Samuel about how He had rejected Saul from reigning over Israel; He also spoke of how He had provided a King for Israel in the person of David. The matters of Saul’s rejection and David’s selection were both mentioned in past tense. So God was not just talking about what He wanted to do; He was speaking of what He had already done. The assignment of anointing David was already concluded.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: the matter of your expectations and desires have already been concluded by God. Your next level is not up for debate; it is a concluded matter; your advancement is a concluded matter; your promotion and elevation is a concluded matter; the expansion of that business is a concluded matter; the international open doors you desire is a concluded matter; God has concluded in your favour.
Samuel was going to anoint David so that there will be a manifestation of what God had already concluded. So a chain of events were to take place to push forth what God has already concluded. For everything the Lord has concluded in your favour, may a chain of events cause a manifestation; may there be a divine manifestation of the portions the Lord has allotted to you; may the Lord make your portion a reality.
Today, I decree, every matter of your destiny has been concluded in your favour; every contention has been concluded in your favour; every controversy in your life has been concluded in your favour. God is not just trying to make arrangements for your greatness; He has already made arrangements; He has put things in place already; He has made all things great already.
You will not cry on account of what God has already concluded in your favour; if God has concluded it, men can only align with what God has already concluded; if God has concluded it, no evil hand can turn it back.
