It Shall Come To Pass

18th December 2021

Scripture Reading: Judges 6: 1-14

Focus

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,” (Matthew 2: 1)

The birth of Jesus was spoken of severally by the prophets in Old Testament times. Isaiah spoke severally of it (see Isaiah 7, 9, etc.), Malachi spoke of it (see Malachi 3), Micah spoke of it (see Micah 5: 2), Zechariah spoke of it (see Zechariah 12: 10), many verses of scripture announced God’s plan, and one day, that plan became the world’s reality. Jesus’ birth was God’s way of showing that He would do what He said He would do.

Friend, what is that word that God has already spoken to you? What is that promise that God has made to you? What is that verse of scripture that speaks of how your life should be? What is that vision of the future that God has shown you already? What is that thing that God said would happen, and it appears that God is taking too long to make it happen? Is there an unfulfilled prophecy? Is there something God promised you for 2021?

Today, hear me as I hear the Lord: if God said it, get set, it will happen at His own appointed time. If God said it, He will bring it to pass; God will fulfill every word He has spoken to you; God will elevate you like He already promised; God will make your life better than it is currently; God will open the doors and gates before 2021 ends; God will do it if He already said it; God will fulfill every word He already spoke concerning you.

Some of the things said about Jesus in prophecy may have looked unreasonable or too difficult to happen, but they all happened. Easy or difficult, God made them happen, nothing missing and nothing broken. If God has said it, whether it be easy or difficult, He will make it happen, nothing missing and nothing broken. If God has gone as far as saying it, take it to the bank: the fulfillment is sure, and will happen in a matter of time.

Don’t lose faith in God’s word and God’s promise. If He said it, He will make it happen.
