Scripture Reading: PSALM 18: 43-48

“He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.” (Psalm 18: 48)

In our Focal Scripture, the Psalmist proclaimed that God lifts him up above those that rise up against him. There were people who rose against the psalmist, and God responded by lifting the psalmist above his adversaries. Notice that the Lord did not necessarily plan to raise the psalmist, but He raised him when opposition arose. The opposition against the psalmist became an occasion for his lifting. Opposition triggered his lifting.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every opposition that has arisen against you will trigger your elevation. Those that have risen against you will cause the Lord to promote you above your adversaries. Every rising against your family will lead to elevation. Every conspiracy against you will lead to more open doors. Every plot of haters against you will cause an eruption of congratulations. Your haters will trigger your rising.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: for every person that has arisen against you, God will take you higher than you ever imagined. For every lie they tell against you, God will position you on a higher level. For every door they shut against you, God will open more doors and gates for you. For every meeting held against you to pull you down, God will hold a counter meeting to position you ahead of the evil plotters. God will raise you above every adversary.

Don’t lose hope/faith because of those who have arisen against you. Their rising is for your own greater rising. Their rising is your platform to rise even higher than them. As they rise, God will take you higher than you have ever been. The more they throw stones at you, the more heaven will position you ahead and far above all those that have sworn to work against you. The more they speak against you, the more God speaks for you.

Remember, what began as conspiracy against the psalmist ended in his lifting. As surely as the Lord lives, every conspiracy against you will end in your own lifting.

For every man that has arisen against me, heaven will lift me higher and higher, in Jesus’ name!
