In our Focal Scripture, Jesus charged the people who witnessed the miracle of the deaf and dumb man not to broadcast the news; but the more He told them, the more they spread the news around. The deaf and dumb man may not have had his name mentioned, but what Jesus did for him was worthy of mention. What Jesus did for him was too good to be kept a secret. It was a miracle that was too loud and too sizzling to be covered.
Friend, this year, you shall receive miracles that will be louder than your name and identity. You will receive miracles that cannot be covered or hidden. You shall witness mind blowing wonders of God that will spread no matter how hard you try to keep it secret. You shall be an evidence of the manifestation of the supernatural. You shall be called that one for whom the Lord did mighty miracles that are unspoken of.
The more Jesus told the people to hide the Ephphatha story, the more they published it for all to hear about. The more Jesus wanted the story to be hidden, the more people found out about the miracle. Hear me as I hear the Lord: even if you choose to hide your miracle, it will refuse to be hidden. Even if you want to hide the news of your doors that have been opened, it will be so loud and so spectacular that it will be in the news.
The God of Ephphatha is a God who makes His miracles louder than your can deal with. When God shows up, He shows off. When God shows up, He makes nonsense of whatever held you back in time past. When God shows up, He makes your story change for good. Get set: more than you planned for, you will see the hand of God at work in your life this year. You will see God show up mightily for you. God will scream through your life.
Ask God to send you miracles that will be too loud to be covered. Ask God to send you miracles that cannot be hidden.
