In our Focal Scripture, Joshua sent out two spies to go and view the land of Jericho. Jericho was part of the Promised Land that God was about to give to the children of Israel. Notice that the journey to the Promised Land began with Moses, but when Moses passed on, Joshua took over and accomplished what even Moses did not accomplish. Joshua was of that generation that completed what the fathers could not complete.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you belong to that generation that will complete what the fathers started. You belong to that generation that will accomplish what the fathers could not accomplish. You belong to that generation that will attain milestones that the fathers could not attain. You belong to that generation that will break the limits that the fathers could not break. You belong to the generation of limit breakers.
Joshua ended up achieving what Moses could not achieve. He ended up achieving the mandate that the fathers began but could not complete. Hear me as I hear the Lord: those milestones that generations ahead of you could not attain, you are about to attain them with ease. The milestones your superiors and predecessors failed to achieve, you will achieve it with ease. The doors that were not opened to your fathers will be swiftly opened to you.
You will not fail where your fathers failed. You will not stop where your fathers stopped. You will not be limited where your fathers were limited. You will not be hindered where your fathers were hindered. You will not face the roadblocks that your fathers faced. You will not make the same mistakes that stopped those ahead of you from achieving all that God would have wanted them to achieve. What hindered others will not hinder you.
You are a pattern breaker. You are a limit breaker. You will do more than those ahead of you were able to do. You will achieve more than they could ever achieve.
