When Jesus rebuked the wind, He also rebuked the raging of the water. Ordinarily, water is usually calm, but winds can be forceful. Water that should have been calm decided to learn some lessons from the wind, and the water began raging. The negativity in the force of the wind was extended to the water, and the water needed its own command before the rage stopped. There was a negative repetition in the wind and water.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every power generating negative repetitions in your life, perish by fire. Every cycle of negativity and negative results that the enemy has put in place in your life, I command it to scatter now; every rage coming against you from close quarters, I command it to be subdued by the power of God; every ‘water’ that is taking orders and lessons from the negative wind, let the lessons end now.
There shall be no spread of negativity against you; there shall be no spread of evil from one area to another in your life; your winds will not turn against you only for the waters to also turn against you; there will be no promotion or elevation for negativity in your life; there shall be no evil extension of negativity from your career to your family or from your family to your business; negativity will not increase around you.
Both the wind and the waters are elements of nature. So it seemed that one element turned against Jesus and His disciples, and another element followed suit. Hear me as I hear the Lord: the elements of nature will not turn against you; no power of hell will make you a victim of what God has empowered you to have dominion over; you will not be subdued by the forces of nature.
Every negative pattern that the enemy has planned to execute in your life ends now. The afflictions that began with the ‘wind’ will not arise again with the ‘waters’.
