New Territories

21st October 2021

Scripture Reading: Joshua 5: 13-15, 6: 1-6

“And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.” (Joshua 6: 2)

In our Focal Scripture, God told Joshua that He had given Jericho into his hands. Jericho was a city. So God gave a new territory to Joshua. God handed over a territory that originally belonged to other men, to Joshua. God caused an enlargement of territory to become the lot of Joshua. God caused territorial expansion to become the lot of Joshua. God caused Joshua to have more room. God caused Joshua to possess more territories.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are receiving new territories. God is granting you more room than you ever had in time past. God is positioning you in the gates of nations. God is granting you territorial expansion. God is causing your influence to spread beyond your current location. God is causing you to spread on every side. God is causing you to take the place of other men. God is giving you new territories.

There were men who possessed Jericho, before God decided to give it to Joshua. So God was going to displace men in order to give a new territory to Joshua. Hear me as I hear the Lord: men will be displaced in order for you to have your new territories. God will take the place of some men and hand same over to you. God will cause you to possess the gates of your enemies. God will cause you to be given the thrones that others vacated.

The season of operating in small territories, is over. The season of having a small sphere of influence, is over. The season of being confined in small places, is over. The season of having a limited impact and relevance, is over. Henceforth, the doors of relevance shall remain open to you. The Lord is putting on you the mantle of territorial relevance and influence. The Lord is increasing you on all sides. Your territories are enlarged.

Get set to possess new territories. Get set to gain new grounds.

I take new territories; I gain new grounds, in Jesus’ name!
