It is important to observe that the death of John the Baptist happened at the instance of the daughter of Herodias, wife of Herod’s brother. She danced before Herod, and when Herod asked for what would be done for her, under oath, and to the extent of half of his kingdom, she asked for the head of John the Baptist. A great man like John, who came in the spirit and power of Elijah, was taken out because of a small girl.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your glorious destiny will not be cut short. People below and beneath you will not be the reason for your death or downfall. You will not be pulled down on account of mere wishes of people who have no idea of your destiny. You will not suffer loss because of people who have no regard for the hand of God upon your life. You will not be reduced from levels where God has placed you because of small issues.
John was one man whom multitudes followed wherever he went to. Multitudes came to seek him in the wilderness. He was the forerunner of the Messiah. He was even conceived following angelic visitation. It was prophesied of him that he came in the spirit and power of Elijah, but he died like a nobody. He was taken out like someone who didn’t matter. I pray for you: you will not die like a nobody; you will not be cut short prematurely.
You are too loaded to die like an ordinary man. You are too loaded to go down like John the Baptist. You are too loaded to end like one without prophecy. You are too loaded to become irrelevant. You are too loaded to operate on average level. You are too loaded to become a victim of the evil wishes of people around you. You are too loaded to be cut short prematurely. You are too loaded and anointed for your chapters to close abruptly.
This year, and beyond, the covenant of life is upon you. Your head will not be served in the plate.
