Scripture Reading: Mark 5: 21-34

Focus

“And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,” (Mark 5: 26)

Our Focal Scripture reveals that the woman with the issue of blood spent all that she had, but didn’t get better. She had a challenge that swallowed up her finances. It was not that she initially lacked money; she had enough money, but her challenges reduced her from wealth to penury. She faced a challenge that came for her money and it didn’t stop until all her money was gone. She faced a challenge that swallowed her resources.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every challenge that the enemy has positioned to swallow your resources, I command it to scatter by fire. Every negativity that the enemy positioned around you to impoverish you, I command it to cease by fire. Every chapter of trouble that has become a bottomless pit in which your resources are being swallowed, I command it to get out by fire. Every issue that came to make you poor, it ends now.

The woman with the issue of blood would have started spending money with hopes of improvement, and perhaps assurances that she would rise above that which troubled her destiny, but in a matter of time, her spending ended in penury. She spent until she no longer looked like someone who ever had money. Today, I pray for you: if it has come to impoverish you, let the blood of Jesus blot it out.

Today, I pray for you: if there be challenges that have already impoverished you, let there be restoration. Let your finances be restored. Let your wealth be restored. Let your resources be restored. Let the forces of hell release everything you lost in your days of affliction. Let the forces of darkness reimburse you for every depletion that happened in your destiny in days of trouble. Let there be restoration with compensation.

The gates of your destiny shall be permanently shut against every devourer of resources. No longer shall challenges show up to devour your resources.

Declaration

Every challenge that has come to impoverish me, scatter by fire, in Jesus’ name!
