Scripture Reading: 2 Kings 6: 24-33, 7: 1-20

“And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.” (2 Kings 6: 25)

In our Focal Scripture, mention was made of how there was a great famine in Samaria. The environment of God’s people became dry and their land could not yield increase. So apart from the enemies that came against them, they were also dealing with an environment that was working against them instead of working for them. They were caught in a place where their grounds could not yield increase no matter how hard they worked.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2022, your grounds will not be dry. Your environment will not work against you. You will not labour and your grounds will refuse to yield increase. You will not be caught in that place where the environment of your career, business, ministry, etc. will stifle your efforts and cause you to be fruitless. You will not be counted amongst them who operated in dry places. Your land will not be unfruitful.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: 2022 shall be your most fruitful year ever. Whatever levels of fruitfulness that you have never known will be your portion in 2022. Whatever was difficult to achieve in time past will be easy in this year. Whatever your environment delayed will become fast for you in this year. Whatever dryness you have ever known will change to fruitfulness in this year. Your land will be like a land by the river, fruitful all year.

Whatever dryness that is affecting others will not affect you. Whatever negativity that is holding sway in the economy will not hold you down. Whatever policies that are hindering others around you will not hinder you. Whatever difficulty that men have predicted for this year will not be your portion. You will not suffer dryness. Your environment will not work against you. The forces of nature will work in your favour and for your good.

Today, I decree, as surely as the Lord lives, everything will work for your good. Your environment will work in your favour. No spirit of dryness will prevail over you.

In 2022, there shall be no dryness; my environment will not work against me, in Jesus’ name!
