Before the rains were restored to Israel in the days of Elijah, the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal were executed by Elijah. One characteristic of Baal worship is that Baal is both beneficent and destructive. So Baal typically gives with one hand and takes back what he has given with the other hand. Baal smiles at you in the morning and takes you down before the day is over. The spirit of Baal is the spirit of rising and falling.
The spirit of Baal is contrary to the Spirit of God. When God does a thing, it shall be forever. God does not raise you today so that He can bring you down tomorrow; God does not open doors for you so that you can become stranded soon after; God does not make you smile so that you can end up with tears of pain and trepidation; God does not make things happen for you so that the enemy can step in and turn things upside down.
Today, hear me as I hear the Lord: every spirit of rising and falling in your destiny is banished forever. The Spirit of the Lord arises against every rising and falling in your family, marriage, finances, business, career, etc; you will not rise today and fall tomorrow; you will not make progress today and move backwards tomorrow; you will not advance and retrogress shortly after; you will not witness rising and falling among those connected to you.
If only you were conscious of the many times you have risen and fallen, then you would be more aware of where you would have been in life if you never fell. Any power of hell or power of Baal that wants to punctuate your success with failure, I decree, let the fire of God arise against it. Every messenger from the pit of hell that wants to interrupt your forward movement in destiny, let God arise and smoke them out with His power.
Your path is only permitted to shine brighter and brighter; no more going down; no more rising and falling.
