Negative Reports

No Sudden Disaster

1st May 2022

Scripture Reading: Mark 4: 35-41

Focus

“Suddenly, as they were crossing the lake, a ferocious tempest arose, with violent winds and waves that were crashing into the boat until it was all but swamped.” (Mark 4: 37 TPT)

Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the storm arose. The storms arose suddenly. It seemed that everything had aligned for Jesus’ movement; it seemed that they were on course to cross over to the other side; but suddenly, unexpectedly, the negativity they didn’t bargain for showed up. Negativity came forth suddenly. The trouble that befell them came suddenly. The misfortune that came their way came suddenly.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in the month of May and beyond, there shall be no sudden disaster. Negativity will not suddenly show up to swallow your efforts. Disaster will not show forth in the time of your celebration. You will not suddenly wake up to hear bad news that will break your heart. You will not be a victim of satanic disasters. You will not run into the traps of the enemy. You will not witness sudden pain and shame.

The movement of Jesus and His disciples began on a good note, with no sign of disaster on the way, only for a storm to arise suddenly. Something negative was hiding ahead of them, waiting to manifest suddenly. Hear me as I hear the Lord: whatever negativity that is hiding in your future, waiting to take you by surprise suddenly, I command it to go down by fire. I command every surprise negativity that is waiting in your future to expire now.

Notice that the sudden negativity that came upon the ship that Jesus travelled in, came from the waters. The environment of their movement became an atmosphere of disaster. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your environment will not become an atmosphere of disaster. You will not be counted amongst them that their environment worked against. The elements of nature will not work against you. You will not be swallowed.

The era of sudden disaster is over forever in your life. It will never be said that you woke up to sudden bad news.

Declaration

I close the doors of sudden negativity, in Jesus’ name!
