Not By Process

Scripture Reading: 1 Samuel 16: 1-13

“And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.” (1 Samuel 16: 12)

When Samuel arrived in Bethlehem, he sanctified Jesse and his sons called them to the sacrifice; but when David arrived, God commanded Samuel to arise and anoint him immediately. David did not need to be specially sanctified before becoming king; David did not need to go through the process that his brothers went through before he was anointed; the process was waived, but David’s result was better than theirs.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your case will be an emergency, and processes will be waived for you. Processes and protocols will be waived on your pathway to your next level; your advancement will not follow every process that others went through; your rise to relevance and influence will not follow the processes that others went through; your results will not pass through all the processes that others passed through to make it.

David’s brothers were sanctified, but after all the time they spent, they all went home empty handed; David simply arrived, and without going through the processes his brothers went through, he was anointed as king. He did not go through their process, but he got a better result. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not only skip their processes, but your results will also be better; where others are empty handed, your hands shall be full.

David arrived, and God immediately instructed Samuel to anoint him. God was in a hurry to make David king. Hear me as I hear the Lord: God is in a hurry to effect your rise to royalty and greatness, and there will be no delays. No man will slow down the hand of God in your life; no power of hell shall delay your advancement; the counsel of the Lord shall be speedily performed in you.

Get set: your results will not go through all the processes that others went through before theirs were made manifest. Your result will be better; your rising will be speedily executed.

Processes will be shortened for my sake; I have better results, in Jesus’ name!
