In our Focal Scripture, God announced His plan to have a new man anointed as king of Israel. Notice that God also queried Samuel about how long he had mourned for Saul. God made reference to the time that Samuel had devoted to mourning the old system that was to be changed. God already had a new man that should rise, but the one who should anoint the new man was busy preserving the old structure. Heaven had signed off on the new, but a man on earth was preserving the old.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every man that is hindering the new chapters that heaven has opened for you, let heaven sound an alarm in their ears. Every old system that is stopping the new thing that God is bringing your way, let the thunder of heaven minister to them. Let the voice of God thunder in the ears of men who are stopping your new season. Let the voice of God thunder in the ears of men who are delaying your open doors. Let the voice of God thunder in the ears of your ‘Samuel’.
Today, I pray for you: no old system will be sustained in place of the new thing that God is making happen in your life. No satanic altar will sustain the negative cycles that God has broken in your life. No agent of darkness will preserve the old when the new is ready to be released into your life. No conspiracy will stagnate you when heaven says it is time to rise to your new season. No Samuel will delay your coronation.
David was not anointed as king until Samuel got over Saul and took his horn of oil to Bethlehem. David was going to be stagnated if the system that should aid his emergence as king didn’t rise to the occasion. If you allow systems that are holding you back to remain, you may not step into the thrones and wear the crowns that heaven has made ready for you. If you don’t pray your ‘Samuel’ into action, your kingship may be postponed.
Today is the expiry date of every old structure that is stopping the new from manifesting. Your Samuel is rising with the oil for your kingship.
