In our Focal Scripture, Jesus replied the woman of Canaan by saying that He would not take the children’s bread and cast same to dogs. Jesus simply inferred that what that woman wanted was meant for children, and could not be given to ‘dogs’. Notice that the woman insisted that dogs have a share from crumbs that fall from their master’s table. She insisted that she has a portion. She demanded to be included in heaven’s release.
Friend, place a demand for heaven to include you in the list of those to be favoured. Place a demand for heaven to choose you as others are also being chosen. Place a demand for your chapters of greatness to be opened. Place a demand for the doors of your congratulations to be opened to you. Place a demand for the miracles you have seen in the lives of those around you. Place a demand for your own share.
The woman from Canaan was not content to accept that others were qualified to receive from God whilst she remained unqualified. She demanded to be treated as one who was qualified for divine intervention, and Jesus agreed with her. Place a demand for heaven to show up on your behalf no matter how unqualified you appear in your own eyes. Place a demand for your own miracles to arrive even if you feel unqualified.
Jesus may have initially insisted that the woman of Canaan was not qualified for a miracle, but when she insisted, He did not say no. If you insist on receiving your portion from heaven, heaven will not say no. If you demand that Jesus show up for you, He will not refuse to show up. If you insist that your story must change, even heaven will agree with you. If you keep insisting that heaven turn your life around, heaven will not say no.
Stop accepting situations that heaven can change on your behalf. Insist that your story must change, and it will.
