Don’t Go Down

Prolonged Negativity

1st December 2020

Scripture Reading: 2 Kings 6: 8-23

Focus

“Then the king of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a place shall be my camp.” (2 Kings 6: 8)

Our Focal Scripture tells that tale of when the king of Syria warred against Israel. The word ‘warred’ as used in that scripture comes from the Hebrew word ‘lacham’. One meaning of ‘lacham’ is ‘to wage war’, especially in a prolonged manner, in order to overcome the opponent. So the king of Syria unleashed prolonged warfare against Israel. The king of Syria did not come with a temporary battle. He came with a prolonged battle.

Friend, if there be any prolonged battle in your life, today I command it to end. I command every prolonged negativity to end now. I command every long standing challenge to fizzle out now. I command every negativity in your health to end now. I command every negativity in your finances to end now. I command every battle against your family to end now. I command every cover of darkness around you to be removed now.

Every power of hell that has arisen to keep you at the same spot, I command that power to break into pieces. I chase away every satanic agent that is reinforcing negativity around you. I send the fire of God against every mountain of negativity that has stood against your destiny. I send the fire of God against every seat of Satan that has been exalted above the seat of Christ in your life. I close the chapter of prolonged negativity.

Jesus did not redeem you so that you can remain stuck in any prolonged negativity. If it has lasted longer than normal, it is not of God, and I command it to terminate by fire. If it has lasted longer than normal, it is opposing God’s word for your life, and I command it to give way to good news. Jesus redeemed you so that your life can be an expression of His goodness and mercy. Jesus redeemed you, so that darkness will no longer prevail.

Get set: your prolonged challenges are giving way for good news to emerge. The chapters of prolonged negativity and prolonged challenges are closed forever.

Declaration

Every prolonged challenge/negativity ends now, in Jesus’ name!
