Scripture Reading: Ezekiel 37: 1-14

Focus

“The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,” (Ezekiel 37: 1)

When the hand of the Lord came upon Ezekiel, it carried him in the spirit of the Lord until it set him down in the midst of the valley which was filled with dry bones. The hand of the Lord was upon Ezekiel, and it set him in a position. The word ‘set’ as used in that scripture, means to keep something at a specific position. So the hand of the Lord put Ezekiel in a specified location. The hand of the Lord positioned him for his next exploit.

Friend, I pray for you: may the Lord position you for exploits. May God plant your feet in the environment of your influence and increase. May the Lord position you on the pathway of relevance. May the Lord position you on the pathway of the helpers you need. May the Lord position you to turn around the fortunes of your immediate environment. May the Lord position you in the place where your capacity is needed to make an impact.

Ezekiel was not positioned in a place that was subject to needless rivalry. He was positioned with full rights to the environment of his results. Hear me as I hear the Lord: as the Lord positions you for increase and exploits, there will be no competition for your destiny space. As the Lord positions you, no man can take your place. As the Lord positions you on the mountain of visibility, no power of hell can bring you down.

Every power of hell that has arisen to contend for that place where heaven has positioned you, the fire of God will answer them. Every conspiracy to bring you down from the place where God has positioned you, let it scatter now. Every messenger of reduction and extinction that the enemy has sent your way to push you out of your destiny location, let the fire of God answer speedily. Your place in destiny will not be subject to contention.

Stand fast in that place where God has planted you. You will stand strong in your high place. You are that city that is set upon a hill, and you cannot be hidden.

Declaration

The Lord has positioned me in my high places; I will not lose my place to another, in Jesus’ name!
