In Zechariah’s vision, he saw a lampstand with seven candlesticks. Notice that it was one lampstand, but there were seven different lights coming from the same lampstand. It was one lampstand with different lights. It was one lampstand with different expressions of light. It was one lampstand with different dimensions of shining. It was one lampstand but it had multiplied capacity to shine. It was one lampstand, but shining was unabated.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are that burning and shining light that will continue to shine again and again. You are that burning and shining light that will have different and multiplied dimensions of shining. You will shine on all sides. Your family members will shine brightly. The works of your hands will shine brightly. The light of God’s favour will shine brightly on you. You will be light and distribute light wherever you are found.
God is bringing light to every area of your life. May your career receive light. May your business receive light. May your ministry receive light. May your vocation receive light. May your children receive light. May your ideas receive light. May your visions receive light. May every facet of your life distribute light. May you be counted amongst them that are full of light. May different parts of your life compete with each other for light.
The season of shining in one area and having darkness in another area, is over. The season of being a star in one area and being irrelevant in other areas, is over. The season where one child is shining whilst others are not shining, is over. Receive light for every candle the Lord has lit in your life. Receive light for every month of the year 2023 and beyond. Receive light for every darkness the enemy has hurled at you.
You are that burning and shining light that will shine on all sides. The season of darkness is over. Welcome to your season of light. Welcome to your season of shining.
