In our Focal Scripture, Jesus decreed that Lazarus’ sickness was not unto death but for the glory of God. Jesus did not just stop at rejecting death as an outcome of Lazarus’ sickness; He decreed that the outcome will be the glory of God. Jesus did not stop at saying what He didn’t want to see; He went further to say what He wanted to see. As Jesus locked the doors of death, He opened the gates of God’s glory.
Friend, it’s not enough to say what you don’t want to see; also decree what you want to see. Declare your expectations. It’s not enough to reject delays and stagnation; follow it up by announcing divine speed. It’s not enough to shut the doors of satanic attacks; also open the doors of angelic visitation. It’s not enough to close the chapters of pain; prophetically open new chapters of laughter and joy.
Declare that a new season of celebration has begun; declare that the doors of greatness have been opened to you; declare that your gates are open to good news and increase; declare that your path shines brighter and brighter; declare that the wealth of the Gentiles are yours; declare that kings are under mandate to favour you daily; declare that your new season is blessed; declare that you have the hidden treasures in secret places.
Don’t let the devil set the tone of your prayers and prophetic proclamations; as you deal with his attacks against you, also proclaim the word of the Lord concerning you. As you reject the works of darkness, also proclaim the works of light. As you reject the verdict of Satan, also proclaim the verdict of the Lord of hosts. As you trample on the enemy, also proclaim the victory you already have in Christ Jesus.
Remember, as you say what you don’t want, it’s only in order that you say what you want. Say what you want to see; don’t stop at rejecting what you don’t want.
