Apart from its huge walls, Jericho also had gates that were shut against the children of Israel. Notice that in our Focal Scripture, as the walls of Jericho were to fall, the children of Israel were not going to enter into Jericho through the gates. Everyone was to ascend straight ahead. Everyone was to go in from wherever he was positioned. Everyone was to go in conveniently wherever the walls fell. Everywhere was to become a way.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: as the walls of your Jericho fall down flat, everywhere will become a way. You shall have access like never before. You shall have access to divine provision like never before. You shall have access to your next level like never before. You shall walk upon your high places like never before. You shall possess your portion like never before. The territories that were far before, are coming closer.
The moment the walls of Jericho fell, no one needed the gates anymore. Everyone had multiple options on how to enter into the city. Hear me as I hear the Lord: the season of having only one gate through which you can enter your ‘Jericho’, is over. Henceforth, you will have multiple options. When those that think they are your only options fail, God will raise more options so that you wouldn’t miss your earlier options.
It’s your season of more access than ever before. The gates that once stopped you are off the way. All doors and gates are open. Every hindrance to your advancement is removed. Every roadblock that stopped you in time past is off the way. Every strongman that said you will not rise in time past, is off the way. Every stronghold of the enemy that once held you back is off the way. Every wall of Jericho is down and flat.
