Scripture Reading: Acts 3: 1-11

Focus

“And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.” (Acts 3: 8)

When the lame man received strength in his feet and ankle bones, he began to leap up. To leap is to jump a long way in one stride. So that man began to make movements that covered a distance that ordinary walking should not cover. He began to move faster than ever. He received strength to cover lost grounds. He received strength to move in a manner that would see him cover much distance in less time. It was movement that saw him reach far distances in shorter time.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: God is granting you that sort of movement that will cause you to cover great distances in a short period. God is restoring your pace, and He is causing you to cover much grounds in one stride. Receive strength to do what you could not do before. Receive strength to achieve what you could not achieve before. Receive grace to attain levels that you ordinarily would have been unable to attain. Receive grace to leap into your new season with power and glory.

Leaping requires fast movement with force. So that man received strength to move with force. He received the ability to move in a manner that he could not be easily stopped. Go and announce to those who stopped you in the past: they cannot stop you again. They cannot stop you like they did before. You will move and rise no matter the force in your environment that wants to stop you. You are rising above every roadblock.

Leaping involves an upward movement. So that man received strength to move upwards. He received strength for upward movement. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you are moving upward and forward. You will rise and rise. You will walk upon your high places. You will rise higher, and higher, and higher. Your status is changing for good. Those that saw you in your low estate in time past will see you on your new level soon.

Welcome to your new season of leaping upward and forward. You will not rise and fall. You will rise and rise.
