When the sons of the prophets wanted to build a new place to stay in, they went to Jordan in search of wood. Jordan was part of the region that is now presently known as the Middle East. It is still predominantly a dry area where things would hardly grow; but because there was water in Jordan, it continued to grow trees and remained fertile even when other areas were not fertile.
Jordan had something that watered its results, such that even if a tree was cut down, more trees could also grow. Jordan had something that made sure that more results showed up in a matter of time. Jordan had something that made it difficult for it to run out of results. Because the results were watered by Jordan, they remained available from year to year.
Friend, no matter what you do, always water your results. There is no strong result without watering. Pour more prayers into your endeavour; pour more efforts into whatever you do that is already yielding results; pour more creativity into your work, career, ministry, vocation; pour more commitment and passion into the works of your hands; make your land more fruitful by watering it.
Sometimes, all that your ‘trees’ need in order to grow more is just a little creativity, commitment, attention to details, consistency, dedication, seriousness, focus, discipline, tenacity, humility, sincerity, etc. If you fail to water your trees, the dryness in the environment will cause them to expire ahead of time. If you fail to water your results, you just might end up empty handed.
Today, I speak over you: in addition to your efforts, God will water your results. God will cause your results to blossom beyond your current borders.
