When Jesus heard about the death of John the Baptist, He left the city by ship, and went into a desert. He heard bad news, but He continued on His mission and purpose. Jesus was not about to abandon His mission on account of the death of John. He was not about to abandon His mission because the forerunner of His mission had passed on. The fact that one major component of his mission was missing, did not stop Him.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: whatever is missing will not stop you. Whatever helper that has refused to show up for you will not stop your results. Whatever bad news that has come your way will not stop what the Lord has destined for you in 2022. Whatever policies that are not in your favour, will not stop your advancement. Whatever persons that have abandoned your mission will not stop your success.
John the Baptist literally introduced Jesus to the people. He was some sort of validation for the Ministry of Jesus, but although he went off the scene, the Ministry of Jesus did not go off the scene. Hear me as I hear the Lord: whatever is no longer available to you will not stop you from advancing. The supporters that have abandoned you will not stop your rising. The favours you have been denied will not stop your greatness in 2022.
Jesus could have allowed the death of John to hinder His next move, but He didn’t. He didn’t allow the feeling of dejection and pain to stop His next move. His emotions did not get in the way of His destiny assignment. In 2022, don’t allow your emotions to get in the way of your destiny assignment. Don’t allow how you feel to stop you from making progress. Don’t allow your feelings to ever overwhelm you at any point.
As surely as the Lord lives, no power of hell can hinder your purpose. No power of darkness can stop your advancement.
