Joseph was hated by his brethren for the simple reason of being loved above them all by his father; he later dreamed and dream and told them about it, and they hated him yet the more. His dream was birthed in an environment of hatred. He had a big dream amongst people who had no regard for him. He had a dream in the midst of people who were ready to cut short his life. He had a dream in the midst of those who didn’t believe him.
Joseph’s brothers later tried to kill him; then they sold him into slavery; then he moved from Potiphar’s house to the prison, but one day, his dream came to pass. All that his brothers did could not stop his dream. The hatred of his brothers did not stop his dream. The motive of his brothers was to cut short his dream, but eventually, the dream was fulfilled. In fact, their wickedness pushed him closer to the fulfillment of his dream.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: even if you are surrounded by men who hate your dream and are ready to pay the price to stop you, you can’t be stopped. Nobody will stop you from becoming all that God as destined you to be. No wickedness of the wicked will halt your advancement. No conspiracy will stop you from rising to the heights God destined for you. Nothing will stop your dream; haters can’t stop your dream.
When Joseph’s dream came to pass, his brothers were alive to see him in his exalted position in Egypt. The same people who plotted against his dream were alive to see the manifestation of the dream. Get set: the same men who have plotted against your dream will live to see its fulfillment; the same men who vowed that your dreams will never become reality will come to pay you homage when your dreams are finally fulfilled.
Commit your dreams into the hands of Him that is able to bring it to pass against all odds and against the wishes of your haters. If God be for you, no man can stop your dream or halt your future.
