Our Focal Scripture speaks of how Jesus passed over again by ship. There was a river (the Sea of Galilee) between both ends of Jesus’ movement. To pass over something suggests that what is being passed over is an obstacle that wants to hinder movement. So there was an obstacle on Jesus’ pathway, but He passed over it; there was something hanging around, saying that Jesus will not pass over, but He passed over it all the same.
Friend, you may be at that point where there is an obstacle between where you are and where you desire to be, but hear me as I hear the Lord: you will pass over. You will pass over every limitation that has come to hinder your progress; you will pass over every satanic blockade that wants to stop your journey on the way; you will pass over every cover of darkness that wants to hinder you; you will pass over everything against your movement.
The Sea did not need to be removed before Jesus passed over; so the obstacle was there as Jesus passed over. The challenge was still there as Jesus passed over. Hear me as I hear the Lord: even if the obstacle is still there, you will pass over; even if the challenges and challengers are still there, you will pass over; even if the evil or unfavourable reports are still against you, you will still pass over. Your pass over is a certainty.
The presence of an obstacle is not the absence of divine help; the mere fact that some challenges are hanging around you does not mean that your progress will not longer happen as planned. Even if all the obstacles in this world gather in front of you, you will still pass over them all. Even if there is no ship to help you pass through the waters of life, you will still pass over.
The grace to rise above every challenge is upon you; the grace to move against all odds is upon you; you will surely and certainly pass over.
