Men On Assignment

8th October 2020

Scripture Reading: John 5: 1-11

Focus

“The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.” (John 5: 7)

In our Focal Scripture, the impotent man at the pool of Bethesda told Jesus that he had no man to put him into the pool. That man saw when the waters were stirred, but he simply could not access his healing because he had no man to help him. He had the disadvantage of having no man. He lacked helpers. Apparently, if only he had men to help him, maybe he would have been healed and long left the pool. He had a problem of ‘no man’.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: God is sending you men to help you move forward. God is sending you men who will position you in high places. God is sending you men who will bear your heavy burdens. God is sending you men who will make your life easier. God is sending you men who will do for you what you cannot do for yourself. God is sending you men who will move you higher than where you are at the moment.

The impotent man had made efforts in time past, to step into the pool, but apparently, other sick folks who had men got in there before him, and he ended up remaining in the pool longer than necessary. His journey to healing was elongated because he had no man. Get set: God is sending you men who will shorten your journey to the top. God is sending you men who will open the doors you cannot open. God is sending you helpful men.

No longer shall it be said that you have no man. No longer shall it be said that you needed help but had no one to help you. No longer shall it be said that you got to the brink of your next level but lacked a man to help you when it matters most. No longer shall it be said that you are stranded in life because you lack men to help you. You will not be counted among those who are stuck in circles because there are no men to join their strength with you.

Receive the men that God Himself is sending to you. Receive your men on assignment that will do for you what you cannot do for yourself.
