Multiplied Negativity

9th July 2020

Scripture Reading: Ezekiel 37: 1-14

Focus

“And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.” (Ezekiel 37: 2)

When the hand of the Lord came upon Ezekiel, it carried him in the Spirit of the Lord and set him down in the midst of the valley that was full of bones. Ezekiel walked round about the dry bones, and his first discovery was that the bones were very many. The challenge that he came to prophesy to, was described as ‘very many’. It was a multiplicity of trouble waiting in the valley. It was a community of negativity waiting for Ezekiel.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every community of negativity that you are surrounded with, I command divine intervention to show up speedily. Every multitude of trouble that is waiting for you, I speak as a servant of God: let it end now. Every ‘valley’ in your life that is filled with dry bones, I command the hand of the Lord to cause things to turn around. Every multitude of pain and distress, I command it to cease immediately.

Your life will not be a tale of multiplied negativity; your life will not be perpetually plagued by endless challenges without solutions; you will not be counted among them that are perpetually in despair; you will not be counted among them that their valleys are filled with many dry bones; you will not be an example of them that are surrounded by challenges without solution; you will not be faced with a multitude of negativity.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: instead of negativity and challenges, your life will be surrounded by a multitude of positive results. You will see testimonies everywhere around you. You shall have shouts and tales of joy in multiples; you shall have more than enough reasons to dance and sing for joy; you shall have reasons again and again for men to congratulate you; you shall have reasons, again and again, to shout for joy.

Welcome to your season of multiplied good news. Get set to be surrounded by a multiplicity of God’s goodness.
