Our Focal Scripture speaks of how Jesus took both the bread and the fish and distributed to His disciples who also shared same with the multitude. So both the bread and the fish that the young lad had with him were needed as Jesus got set to perform a miracle. Jesus did not take the bread and reject the fish, or vice versa. He needed both; so what the young lad had was needed. He was a carrier of what was needed by the multitude.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: what you carry will be needed. Your ideas will be needed; your suggestions will be needed; your skills will be needed; your acumen will be needed; your influence will be needed; your potentials and potentialities will be needed; your proposals will be needed; your creativity will be needed; the works of your hands will be needed; your presence will be needed; what you carry will be needed.
That young lad that had the bread and fish suddenly became relevant because what he carried was needed to feed the entire multitude. So he moved from obscurity to undeniable relevance. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will stand on the mountain of relevance and influence. You will move from being a spectator to being a key player in the scheme of things. You will move from being on the sidelines to being the fulcrum of results.
Did you realize that this young lad did not need to advertise himself and his bread and fishes? He was all by himself, but what he carried caused him to be noticed and sought after. Hear me as I hear the Lord: what you carry will cause you to be highly sought after; men will seek you out because of what you have within you; even without advertising yourself, your name shall be in the news for right reasons; you shall be needed by men that matter.
Your days in the realm of irrelevance are over. Henceforth, everything you carry will be needed.
